We are holding a Lease and Rent Review Workshop for current leaseholders or if you are looking to rent a commercial property in the near future.

We will share our knowledge and expertise and there will be time to answer any questions you may have to help you with your decision making and the next steps to take. Come along to our lease and rent review workshop on Wednesday the 24th January at 11am.

Our workshop is for you if you are:

• Thinking of renting/leasing a commercial property
• Currently renting a commercial property
• Due a rent review
• In a dispute with your landlord or tenant
• Unsure about who does what and when when it comes to repairs, insurance and service of notices
