Jon is from Bristol and knows the city and the south west very well. He developed his knowledge of the licensed trade and health care sectors during his experience as an estates manager and valuation director for large national companies including Christie & Co and Orridge. Jon has experience across all elements of Agency, Valuation, Property management landlord and tenant and planning. Jon is our registered valuer he is a MRICS with an RICS Diploma in Arbitration and is a fellow of the AVLP.
Jill joined JS Reakes Ltd in 2015. She has developed her understanding and knowledge of the property industry during her time working at JS Reakes. Jill manages the marketing of JS Reakes, Business Sales and ensures the business runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. After a nursing career in the NHS Jill brings the knowledge and experience gained in customer service and management from working in teaching hospitals across the south of England.
Meghan joined our family business in April 2021. Meghan graduated with a BA(Hons) Public Relations and Communications in 2024 and is now working with us 3 days a week. Meghan manages our social media platforms, website content and is our sounding board when it comes to marketing and communications. Meghan also writes articles for our website and monthly newsletters.
William joined our family business in September 2023, he is currently studying A levels. William is learning the ropes and will support us with admin and research.
