Personal data is stored securely on JS Reakes Ltd password protected computers. We will use this information for our business dealings with you and in compliance with the RICS code of practice and HMRC anti- money laundering and terrorist financing regulations.

All data is retained for a period between 5 and 10 years according to our insurance run off period, some data is stored for as long as the law requires.
